BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for considering hosting a party with Creative Assemble. We do our very best to provide a lasting creative experience for your child and their friends.

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between us and govern your use of our services. By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@creativeassemble.com

'Guardian' is defined as the parent/guardian/adult who booked the party.

1. Bookings & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total party cost is required to secure your date. Your chosen date will be confirmed only once the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the party starts, along with the final number of attendees.

2. Payments

The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the party starts. Please note, we do not accept cheques.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the party will be charged in full, or we will be happy to reschedule within 2 months if we have availability.

If, for any foreseen circumstance, Creative Assemble needs to cancel, we will give you as much notice as possible and will offer a full refund.

4. Guest Count & Additional Fees

The party package price is for up to 10 guests. Additional guests cost €16 per person, and we can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the party starts, along with the final number of attendees. You will be charged for any guests who do not arrive on the day.

If free parking is not available at the party venue, an additional fee of €6 will be added.

5. Adult Supervision

The parent/guardian booking the party must be present for the duration of the party; they will be the main point of contact on the day, and they are responsible for all attending children.

We must be informed of any allergies, medical concerns, or special needs 2 weeks in advance of the party.

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

Please inform us of any allergies, medical concerns, or special needs 2 weeks before the party and we will try our best to accommodate them.

7. Safety & Materials

All crafting supplies are non-toxic, but they may stain clothes—please dress accordingly.

Please ensure tables and any important furniture are protected (we do bring table cloths), Creative Assemble is not liable for any accidental property damage.

8. If you are using one of our venues

If you would like to host your party in one of our venues, we will check availability and send you the additional costs.

Each venue has rules on decorations and food that we will share with you.

9. Behaviour & Supervision

Our parties are all about fun, creativity, and happy memories! We very rarely have any problems, but if children do become unsettled or disruptive, we kindly ask that parents step in to help guide them so everyone can enjoy the activities. Any accidental damage may result in repair charges. To keep things running smoothly, we do ask that an adult stays in the room (or close by) throughout the party.

10. Final Photoshoot & Image Sharing

The party ends a photoshoot. Photos will be shared electronically with the birthday child’s parents as keepsakes.

We may occasionally ask for permission to take photos for promotional purposes. No images will be used without the parent/guardian’s consent, which will always be requested in advance or on the day of the party.

11. Liability Release

By booking, you agree to indemnify Creative Assemble against any loss, injury, or damage during the party.

Children remain under their guardians’ supervision at all times.

12. Food & Timings

We advise feeding the party guests after the activities have finished. Giving them food during the entertainment tends to be a distraction and could lead to accidents.

13. Insurance & Garda Vetting

The majority of our parties are held in the child’s home, but a rented venue makes for an equally successful day. If you choose to rent a venue, they will require our public liability insurance, we will email this to you during the booking process.

As a self-employed person within my own business, I (Mia O’Connell) cannot have access to Garda vetting. However, if your party is being hosted by one of our other teachers, they will have been Garda vetted through Creative Assemble.

14. Parking

We need to be able to unload our equipment close to the venue. If free parking is not available at the venue there is an additional fee of €6

15. Data Protection

To process your booking, we need to collect personal details about you and/or your children.  We will treat it as confidential and keep it secure, complying with all relevant legislation.  We will use your email address and telephone number to contact you with information that relates to any bookings.

We would also like to use some of your details to tell you about our products and services and will ask for your consent during the registration/booking process.  You may unsubscribe at any time.
